Founder of Resilience at Work, Nicki Bass, created The Everyday Adventure Podcast to inspire people to live more adventurously in their daily lives.


A business psychologist and Army veteran, Nicki speaks with a diverse range of guests who have embraced adventure in all its forms. The conversations cover a wide variety of topics and are focused on the psychological benefits of adventure whilst promoting inclusivity and accessibility in outdoors and adventure spaces. 

There are over 75 episodes to choose from with topics including open water swimming, running, hillwalking, snowboarding and surfing. Nicki delves into the psychology behind adventure including benefits such as building resilience, connecting with others and gaining perspective.
