TEAMS

This practical and immersive 2 day workshop will take leaders and teams outside of their comfort zone to develop their ability to lead under pressure and develop their own resilience. An in-depth exploration of the resilience, leadership and wellbeing is structured around adventurous and challenging activities, designed specifically to accelerate and embed the learning.

 

Leaders will develop their resilience whilst learning powerful techniques and mindset strategies, which will increase both their own confidence and productivity and that of their teams as a result.
